A vetted companion for a coffee, a walk, or an appointment. You see the person, the price, and the plan — before anything is confirmed.
Nothing is confirmed until both sides have agreed. You can stop at any point, for any reason.

They accept or decline. Once accepted, a private message thread opens between the two of you.
The visit happens. Afterwards they can share a short update — useful if you booked for a relative.
Browsing, requesting and messaging are free on every tier. A subscription buys continuity — not permission.

Their name, your relationship, and anything a companion should know — mobility, preferences, what they enjoy talking about.
A short, human update from the companion. Not a clinical report — and never a substitute for care.
You arrange every visit yourself. Nothing recurring ever starts without you choosing it.

No booking, no payment, no companion needed. Put the kettle on and dial in.
An open conversation about the changes that come with getting older — moving house, losing routines, finding new ones.
Exactly what it sounds like. Half an hour, no agenda, and nobody minds if you just listen.
For anyone supporting a parent who doesn’t live nearby. Shared experience, and no advice unless you ask for it.
Completed and reviewed by us before a profile can appear in the marketplace.
Contacted and checked by a real person, not an automated form.
Matched against the name and details given on their application.
Nobody appears in the marketplace until all three checks are done. We'd rather grow slowly than list someone we haven't verified.
Social company only — never romantic, never intimate, and never a substitute for medical or personal care.
Cancel before a request is accepted, or simply don’t book again. No contracts, no obligation.
Report anything that didn’t feel right and it’s reviewed by someone here — not an algorithm.
No. Companions provide social company only — conversation, walks, outings, and being alongside you at appointments. They do not provide medical, nursing or personal care, and cannot administer medication.
No, and it never will be. Every visit is companionship in a public or pre-agreed setting. Nothing romantic or intimate is part of any booking, and that applies without exception.
Every companion completes a Basic DBS check, has their references verified by a real person, and has their identity confirmed — all before their profile can appear. You can see these badges on every profile.
Joining and browsing is free. Companions set their own hourly rate within their tier’s limit — up to £17 on Flexi, £25 on Gold, and £100 on Exclusive. Gold and Exclusive add a monthly subscription for regular visits and Family Hub.
Across the North East: NE, SR, DH, TS and DL postcodes. We’re deliberately starting close to home so we can vet properly before growing.
Yes — that’s exactly what Family Hub is for. Save who you’re arranging for, add anything a companion should know, and get a short update after each visit.
Browse companions near you, send a request, and see how it feels. Nothing is confirmed until you both agree.
