Where we are headed, and what will not change along the way.
We started close to home — a handful of postcodes across the North East — because getting the fundamentals right matters more than growing quickly. As we grow, we want to bring the same properly-vetted, safety-first model to more of the UK.
Alongside that, we want to keep deepening what already exists: a fuller Family Hub for people arranging care from a distance, more Community Calls hosts, and a companion experience that feels genuinely worthwhile rather than transactional.
Every feature asks the same question first: does this make someone safer, or just more convenient? Safety wins, every time.
Companionship is a real, valuable service — not a favour. We price it fairly and treat everyone who books or provides it with respect.
Many of the people who need this most are the least comfortable with complicated apps. If it is not simple, we have not finished it.
Browse companions near you, send a request, and see how it feels. Nothing is confirmed until you both agree.
